Employee Benefits Insurance Broker and Consulting Services
The Luzerne County Transportation Authority is interested in obtaining the services of a professional, highly qualified benefits brokerage and consulting firm to provide a full range of services related to the design, implementation, analysis, maintenance, improvement, and communication of an employee insurance benefits program, including group medical (includes prescription coverage), dental, vision, life, accidental death and dismemberment, short- and long-term disability, and an employee assistance program (EAP). Interested and qualified brokers/consultants who have demonstrated their ability at comparable work are invited to submit a “letter of interest” with a proposal. Technical questions or requests for clarification shall be directed, in writing, to the email address below. LCTA’s responses to a proposer’s question(s) will be provided via return email only to the proposer asking the question(s), and not shared with other respondents. Responses/Proposals will be accepted until 5:00 P.M. on Friday, October 26, 2018. Submittals relative to this request should be addressed to:
