* Ensure all contracts documents are audited before scanning
* Ensure all audited contracts with no issses are scanned in a timely manner
* Assist in performing legal audit of contracts to ensure contract completeness.
* Assist in verifying all financial terms to ensure adherence to company’s underwriting guidelines.
* Assist in Verification of all title requirements including vesting, tenancies, and inventory.
* Assist in redaction of any personal identifiable information or bank/cc information.
* Issues identification for any contracts missing documents or having incorrect contract information
* Entering pertinent audit findings into the database and VOICE system
* Carry out any reasonable request by management of which the employee is capable of performing.
* In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following
supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based
upon the particular requirements of the company.
* Cross train within Department and provide support.
* Participate on special assigned projects.
* Act as back-up for other departmental functions.
