Human Resources Manager The Plant Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing, developing, implementing and coordinating the Human Resources functions.
Responsibilities include: employment, labor relations, wage and salary administration, benefit administration, audit compliance, process improvement, immigration, training, placement and safety.
This is very much of a hands on manager position.
Bachelors Degree or equivalent training, experience and education that provides essential functions of this position.
Minimum 5 years working as a Human Resources Professional with at least 2 years experience in labor relations; previous leadership is highly preferred.
Experience working with unions in a manufacturing environment required.
Must be well organized with a high energy level.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Human Resources Systems.
