Keene Housing's (KH) Administrative Assistant provides the opportunity for an individual to work at one of the nation's leaders in affordable housing policy development. The Administrative Assistant works closely with the property management staff in coordinating rental and occupancy efforts in compliance with HUD, Low Income Tax Credit, Rural Development and Keene Housing regulations. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, accepting rent payments, processing reports, scanning and data and information management. This
individual must demonstrate superior customer service, a professional attitude, strong time management skills and excellent written correspondence. Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalency, a valid drivers license and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
